孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效观察

目的观察孟鲁司特纳联合酮替芬治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法将我科2010年10月～2011年9月门诊确诊的CVA患者68例随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组用孟鲁司特纳联合酮替芬,对照组用酮替芬,其它治疗相同(包括支气管扩张剂、气管吸入糖皮质激素等)。结果治疗组的显效率与总有效率分别为97.06%,76.47%;对照组为64.71%,44.12%,治疗组高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状缓解与消失时间分别为:(8±1.2)d,(11±3.5)d,对照组为(11±2.7)d,(15±3.8)d。治疗组短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特纳联合酮替芬治疗CVA,疗效优于单用酮替芬。

Observing the clinical effect of CVA in combination montelukastsodisum with ketotifen on treating cough variant asthma

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of monkelukast combined with ketotifen on treating cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods 68 CVA outpatients of our department in our hospital from October 2010 to September 2011 were divided into two groups(the treatment group and the control group).The patients of treatment group were treated with monkelukast combined with ketotifen;while the patients of control group were treated with ketotifen.In addition,both groups were treated with the same bronchodilators,inhaled glucocorticoids.Results The markedly effective rate and effective rate of two groups were: the treatment group: 97.06% and 76.47%;the control group: 64.71% and 44.12%.The treatment effect had significant difference(P<0.05).The symptom relief and disappeared time in treatment group were short than the control group: 8±1.2 days and 11±3.5 days vs.11±2.7 days and 15±3.8 days.They had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of monkelukast combined with ketotifen on treating CVA is better than ketotifen independently.
