373例Ⅰ类切口手术预防应用抗菌药物调查分析

目的了解我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,随机选取我院2010年l月～2012年12月的Ⅰ类切口手术(乳腺、甲状腺手术、腹股沟疝气)患者病历373份,对围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况进行调查分析。结果调查373例Ⅰ类切口手术患者的抗菌药物使用率为73.99%,单用的比例为76.81%;使用最多的是第1、2代头孢菌素;术后用药3～7d的比例为33.78%。结论我院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期使用抗菌药物存在应用抗菌药物指征、时机与持续时间、用法用量等问题上不合理现象,应进一步规范化管理,促进我院规范Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物的使用。

Analysis of usage of prophylactic antibiotics for the 373 patients in type incision operation

Objective To study the usage of prophylactic antibiotics for the patients in Type Ⅰ incision operation in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical drug application.Methods A retrospective study was conducted,totally 373 case files of patients with type Ⅰ incision operation(breast and thyroid surgeries)in our hospital between from Jan 2010 to Dec 2012 were randomly selected,their prophylactic antibacterials were analyzed.Results The antibacterials usage rate of 373 patients was 73.99%.The proportion of antimierobial agents alone76.81%;the most frequently used was the first and second generation cephalosporins;postoperative administration 3~7d ratio of 33.78%.Conclusion The indications of prophylactic antibiotics administration in patients of Type Ⅰ incision operation are not strictly controlled,the rate of antibiotic administration is not accurate,the selection of antibiotics are not proper and the period of drug administration is unreasonable.The control should be further regulated so as to promote the reasonable administration of antibiotics.
