吸烟指数和踝臂指数的关系

目的探讨在普通人群中吸烟指数和踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)的关系。方法 240例受调查者均为普通人群,无高血压、糖尿病,不分性别,根据吸烟指数随机分为3组,A组:吸烟指数<150,B组:150<吸烟指数<300,C组:吸烟指数>300,所有受调查者行踝动脉和肱动脉血压测定、获取ABI值。结果 A组:吸烟指数<150,ABI:(1.12±0.09);B组:150<吸烟指数<300,ABI:(0.95±0.08);C组:吸烟指数>300,ABI:(0.89±0.09)。结论吸烟指数和踝臂指数呈负相关,吸烟指数越高,踝臂指数越低,故吸烟可以加快周围血管硬化的发展。

Therelationship between smoking index and ankle-brachial index

Objective To explore the relationship between the smoking index of general population and the ankle-brachial index(ABI).Methods 240 cases under investigation are the general population without hypertension,diabetes.They were randomly divided into three groups according to the smoking index regardless of gender.Group A: the smoking index<150,Group B: 150300;all surveyed underwent ankle and brachial artery blood pressure measurement for ABI values.Results Group A: the smoking index<150,ABI:(1.12±0.09).Group B: 150300,ABI:(0.89 ±0.09).Conclusion The smoking index and the ankle-brachial index are negatively correlated: the higher the smoking index is,the lower the ankle-brachial index will be,so smoking can speed up the hardening of the surrounding arteries.
