| 摘 要： | 目的:回顾性分析用5-FU治疗的未破裂输卵管妊娠25例疗效观察。方法:用药期间,严密观察腹痛、阴道出血及生命体征变化,若有内出血情况,急诊手术。结果:25例除3例失败外,22例均治愈。结论:初步认为:5-FU全身化疗治疗输卵管妊娠疗效显著,方法可取,用药剂量小,HCG转阴快,无副作用,住院时间短,安全系数大。它避免了手术的痛苦,又保留了生育机能,值得广泛应用于临床。

| Abstract: | Retrospective analysis with 5-FU in the treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy.Methods: The treatment of tubal pregnancy curative effect observation with 5-FU in this paper.Results: During the course of medication,strict observation of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding and the change of vital signs,if internal bleeding,emergency operation.In 25 cases except 3 cases of failure,22 cases were cured.The initial view: 5-FU chemotherapy in the treatment of tubal pregnancy with remarkable curative effect,method is desirable,smaller dose,HCG negative quick,no side effects,short hospitalization time,large safety factor.Conclusion:It avoids operation pain,but also keep the reproductive function,it is worth to be widely applied in clinic. |
