硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺源性心脏病伴心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的 观察硝酸异山梨酯注射液(商品名:异舒吉)在慢性肺心病心力衰竭中的临床疗效.方法 将我院于2010年1月～2011年11月住院的慢性肺心病伴心衰患者70例,随机分为2组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组加用硝酸异山梨酯注射液(异舒吉)20mg静脉滴注,1次/d,10d为一疗程.结果 硝酸异山梨酯可明显改善慢性肺心痛伴心衰患者心功能,总有效率91.43%,EF改变明显,与对照组比较,P<0.05;观察组申血气分析PaO2和PaCO2明显改善,与对照组比较,P<0.05;未见明显不良反应.结论 硝酸异山梨酯在治疗慢性肺心病伴心衰患者中疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广.

Effect of isosorbide dinitrate in patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure

Objective To observe the clinic effect of isosorbide dinitrate injection in patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods 70 patients were randomized to treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=35).To give conventional therapy to control group.To add isosorbide dinitrate injection to treatment group:20mg ivgtt qd×10days.Results Isosorbide dinitrate injection can improve obviously heart function,totol effective rate of treatment 91.43%,EF of treatment improved,compared with control group,P<0.05;PaO2 and PaCO2 of treatment group improved obviously,compared with control group,P<0.05;to have no adverse reaction.Conclusion Effect of isosorbide dinitrate injection in patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure was sure.It was worth of clinical spread.
