| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病血流变学和血小板的变化及其与临床的关系。方法用SA-6000自动血流变测试仪,测定老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液流变学指标,用贝克曼全自动血细胞分析仪测定血小板指标,并与健康对照组比较。结果本病血液流变学指标有明显变化,低切高切时全血粘度以及血浆粘度均增高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血小板指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液流变性异常,血小板指标改变,微循环障碍,这些变化与本病的病理改变有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of hemorheology and platelet of patients with COPD.Methods Hemorheoloical index in 47 patients with COPD and 44 person in control group were examined by SA-6000 type auto-hemorheological examin instrument.Blood platelt was measured by Beckman.Results Differential change of hemorheology index in the patients with COPD have occurred.blood viscosity and serum viscosity were increased.Hemorheoloical index of COPD group compared with control group siginificant defference(P<0.05).Platelet were lower by concual group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemorheoloical index has marked change in the Patients with COPD.The microcirculation distubance and changes of platelet have important role in pathophysiology of COPD. |
