| 摘 要： | 目的:防止并发症的发生,促进肢体残存功能的恢复和重建。方法:通过对36例脊髓损伤病人进行心理、预防并发症、功能训练等护理。结果:36例患者无一出现并发症,都有不同程度好转。结论:只有通过各种正确的康复护理,才能使患者缩短疾病恢复的疗程,减轻痛苦,加速疾病的康复,最终获得尽可能多的生活自理力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To prevent complications and promote residual functional recovery and reconstruction of limbs.Methods: Psychological nursing,complication preventing nursing and functional training nursing were performed to 36 cases of spinal cord injury.Results: Thirty six cases of spinal cord injury were improved to some degrees without any complications.Conclusions: It is very important to perform the right rehabilitation nursing and care to cases of spinal cord injury in perioperative period in order to decrease course of treatment,relieve their pain,improve recovery and gain more independence. |
