康妇消炎栓联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

目的探讨康妇消炎栓联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的方法及其临床疗效。方法随机将100例慢性盆腔炎患者分为两组:对照组(50例)仅予以妇科千金胶囊治疗,观察组(50例)予以康妇消炎栓联合妇科千金胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗,观察组及对照组治疗总有效率分别为92.0%、72.0%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,观察组患者临床症状改善效果高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组3例患者出现轻度腹泻不良反应,观察组未有不良反应出现。结论康妇消炎栓联合妇科千金胶囊是治疗慢性盆腔炎一种较为理想的方法,其疗效显著优于单纯予以妇科千金胶囊治疗,且安全、方便,具有较高临床推广应用价值与前景。

The effect of kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with fuke Qianjin capsule in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with fuke qianjin capsule in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50) was treated with Fuke qianjin capsule alone,and the treatment group(n=50) was treated with kangfuxiaoyan suppository and fuke qianjin capsule.The clinical effect was observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 92.0% and 72.0%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom in treatment group was improved more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).In the course of treatment,there was 3 cases of mild diarrhea in control group,and no side effects were found in treatment group.Conclusion Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository combined with fuke qianjin capsule is more effective and safe than fuke qianjin capsule alone in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and has good clinical application and generalization.
