赖脯胰岛素75/25治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的对比分析预混胰岛素类似物赖脯胰岛素75/25(优泌乐25)和预混人胰岛素(优泌林30R)治疗2型糖尿病对血糖的控制作用和安全性。方法选取2010年9月～2011年10月55例糖尿病患者随机分为两组:赖脯胰岛素75/25组(A组)26例,每日早、晚餐前5min皮下注射赖脯胰岛素75/25;优泌林70/30组(B组)29例,每日早、晚餐前30min注射优泌林70/30。治疗2周后观察患者血糖水平、血糖达标时间。随访3个月,观察HbA1c水平、低血糖发生率、日胰岛素用量等。结果治疗2周后,两组FBG、PBG-2h均有下降,组间比较,PBG-2h下降有统计学意义(P<0.05);达标时间A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月后,两组HbA1c均有明显下降,A组降低值与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低血糖发生率、日胰岛素用量两组比较无统计学意义。结论赖脯胰岛素75/25治疗2型糖尿病,可缩短达标时间,HbA1c水平更低,患者具有良好的安全性及依从性。

Observation of curative effect Insulin lispro and 75/25 in the treatment of type2 diabetes

Objective To compare the analysis of premixed insulin analogues(insulin lispro humalog music 75/25-25) and premixed human insulin(humulin 30R) treatment of type2 diabetes role of glycemic control and safety.Methods 2011 September to 2010 October,55 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups: insulin lispro 75/25 group(A) of 26 patients,5 minutes before dinner,subcutaneous injection of insulin lispro 75/25,humulin 70/30 group(B)of 29 cases,30 minutes before a meal,injected humulin 70/30.Observation of the blood glucose level,blood glucose standard time after 2 weeks;the HbA1c level,the rate of hypoglycemia,daily insulin dosage after 3 months.Results After 2 weeks,PBG-2h、daily insulin dosage of A is lower than B(P<0.05),follow-up after 3 months of A HbA1c levels were significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion Insulin lispro 75/25 rule treatment of type2 diabetes,may reduce the compliance time,HbA1c lower levels,the patient has a good safety and compliance.
