窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗儿童白癜风的疗效观察

目的探讨治疗儿童白癜风的有效方法,为临床治疗提供依据。方法患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组64例,采用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗,每周2次,共6月;对照组61例,外用0.05%卤米松软膏,2次/d,疗程6个月。结果治疗组有效率70.3%,疗效明显优于对照组(54.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其疗效与皮损的类型和病期有关。结论 NB-UVB治疗白癜风疗效优于卤米松乳膏,不良反应小。

Narrow-band ultraviolet b radiation (nb-uvb) in treatment of vitiligo in children

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet B radiation(NB-UVB) with those of topical 0.05% halometasone cream in treating children with vitiligo.Methods Subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the study group(n=64),treated with NB-UVB radiation twice per week for 6 months;the control group(n=61),treated with topical 0.05% halometasone cream twice per day for 6 months.Results In the study group,the efficacy rate was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.3% vs 54.1%,P<0.05.No adverse effect was found during the course of therapy in the study group.The efficacy was related to lesion type and course of treatment.Conclusion The therapy of NB-UVB radiation is an effective and well-tolerated treatment for childhood vitiligo.
