| 摘 要： | 目的提高肾错构瘤(AML)的诊疗水平。方法对50例肾错构瘤诊治资料回顾总结分析。结果 50例肾错构瘤全部经手术和病理证实,行肾切除术28例,肾部分切除术10例,肾错构瘤切除术12例。其中双侧肾错构瘤6例,恶变3例。结论肾错构瘤手术后应长期随访,因肾错构瘤有双侧性,易复发,存在恶变可能,应早期诊断,尽早手术,保留肾脏。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma(RAML).Methods The data of diagnosis and treatment of 50 RAMI cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results 50 RAMI patients a11 underwent surgery and pathological diagnosis was produced.Surgical operations included 34 cases of nephrectomy,15 cases of partial nephrectomy and l6 cases of enucleation.Among these patients,8 cases of bilateral RAMI and 4 cases of malignancy were seen.Conclusion Because of the possibility of RAMI recurrence,bilateral lesions and malignant changes,postoperative long-term follow up was necessary for RAML.Early diagnosis and treatment were indicated for RAMI in the aim of renal-sparing. |
