紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌近期疗效观察

目的探讨术前紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的的近期疗效。方法选择同期行单纯手术治疗的患者20例为对照组;经过病理检查确诊的Ib～IIIb期局部晚期宫颈癌患者20例为化疗组,行紫杉醇+顺铂方案进行术前新辅助化疗,紫杉醇135～175mg/m2,顺铂50～75mg/m2,此方案化疗2个疗程后行根治性手术。比较两组近期疗效。结果化疗组患者临床近期有效率达80.0%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),手术治疗时均能顺利切除病灶并达到切缘距离病灶1cm以上,化疗组手术切除率达100%。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂的新辅助方案是治疗宫颈癌的一种新手段,可明显提高宫颈癌的近期疗效。

Observation of short-term curative effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of paclitaxel and cisplatin in treatment of cervical carcinoma in late stage

Objective Observe the short-term curative effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of paclitaxel and cisplatin in treatment of cervical carcinoma in late Stage.Methods 20 cases of histologically confirmed I b-IIIb in locally advanced cervical cancer patients were chosen as treatment group,20 cases received barely surgeries were set as control group.Treatment group was treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy of paclitaxel(135~175mg/ m2) and cisplatin(50~75mg/ m2),surgeries were applied after 2 courses of chemotherapy.Results Clinical effective rate of treatment group was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);operation patients can be successfully resected lesion and reach the margin distance lesions above 1cm.Conclusion As a nova therapy for cervical cancer,PT combination chemotherapy could improve efficacy.
