氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴有焦虑抑郁症状的功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对伴有焦虑抑郁症状的功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 148例功能性消化不良患者随机分成两组,每组74例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外,加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛早上1片,中午1片,共12周,根据症状变化治疗前后进行HAMA和HAMD评分判断临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对伴有焦虑抑郁症状的功能性消化不良的有显著疗效。

The therapeutic effect of Flpentixol combined with melitracen on functional dyspepsia in patients with anxlety and depression symptoms

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Flpentixol combined with Melitracen(Deanxit) on patients of functional dyspepsia(FD) with anxiety and depression symptoms.Methods 148 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups of 74 cases.The control group received conventional therapy,and the treatment group received Flpentixol and Melitracen(Deanxit) each one pill in morning and noon,in addition to conventional therapy.The course of treatment is 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy was determined based on changes in symptoms before and after treatment,depends on the HAMA and HAMD score.Results There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion has Flpentixol combined with melitracen is therapeutically effective in treating functional dyspepsia associated with anxiety and depression symptoms.
