早期心理护理对脑卒中患者神经功能康复的促进作用观察

目的观察早期心理护理对脑卒中神经功能康复的促进作用。方法将72例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,两组均给予神经康复和神经内科常规药物治疗,观察组再配合心理护理治疗。治疗1个月后对患者采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数及HAMD评分进行评定。结果治疗1个月后,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数均有不同程度的提高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAMD评分观察组较对照组明显降低,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期神经康复对脑卒中患者能明显改善其运动功能和日常生活活动能力,早期心理护理对脑卒中患者神经功能康复具有促进作用。

Early psychological nursing on patients with cerebral apoplexy rehabilitation of neural function of stimulative effect observation

Objective To observe the effect of early psychological nursing on stroke rehabilitation of neural function in the promotion.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group,two groups were given neuropsychological rehabilitation and neurological routine drug treatment,the observation group combined with psychological nursing therapy.Treatment for patients with Fugl-Meyer after January movement function score,Barthel index and HAMD score evaluation.Results After 1 months of treatment,two groups of Fugl-Meyer motor function score,the Barthel index are improved to different extent,comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);HAMD score in observation group than in the control group were significantly lower,comparison group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The early rehabilitation for stroke patients can significantly improve the motor function and activities of daily living,psychological nursing on the patients with cerebral apoplexy in early stage rehabilitation of neural function has the effect of promoting.
