| 摘 要： | 目的探讨精准肝切除在肝脏外科的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2008年11月～2011年3月对48例肝胆疾病患者行肝切除术的临床资料,其中精准肝切除28例(精准组),Pringle法阻断切除20例(Pringle组),比较不同的手术方法对术后肝脏功能的损害和对预后的影响。结果精准肝切除组与Pringle法肝切除组术后肝功能恢复比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精准肝切除术后肝功能恢复好,可降低围手术期并发症发生率,肝叶切除最适合行精准肝切除。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of precise hepatectomy.Methods The clinical data of 48 consecutive patients with liver neoplasm who received hepatectomy from November 2008 to March 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Precise hepatectomy technique was applied to 28 patients(precise group),whereas Pringle maneuver was applied to the rest 20 patients(pringle group) The liver dysfunction and prognosis were compared between two different hepaqtectomy ways.Results There was a significant difference in the recovery of liver dysfunction and the incidence of complications between precise hepatectomy and Pringle hepatectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion Precise hepatectomy can improve the recovery of liver dysfunction,reduce the incidence of perioperative complicationsl.Precise hepatectomy is recommended to be apphed in lobectomy. |
