肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效分析

目的分析肺结核合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法我院治疗的肺结核合并糖尿病患者60例为观察组,选择同期治疗的单纯肺结核患者60例作为对照组,两组患者均给予常规抗结核治疗,合并糖尿病患者给予药物及饮食等合理控制血糖。结果观察组的痰菌转阴率为75%、空洞闭合率为61.67%、病灶吸收率为71.67%,均低于对照组的93.33%、86.67%、91.67%,差异有统计学差异(P<0.01);治疗有效率:血糖控制良好组(87.1%)与血糖控制一般组(57.8%)、血糖控制较差组(20%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);血糖控制一般组与血糖控制较差组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺结核合并糖尿病的患者其治疗效果较单纯肺结核差,血糖控制情况与肺结核治疗效果息息相关。

Analysis of the clinical efficacy on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus

Objective Analysis of the effect of the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 60 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus patients treated in our hospital for observation group,select the same period in the treatment of 60 cases patients with single pulmonary tuberculosis as control group,all patients were treated with conventional anti-TB treatment,complicated with diabetes mellitus were treated with drugs and diet and reasonable control of blood glucose.Results The sputum negative conversion rate was 75%,cavity close up rate was 61.67%,foci absorption rate was 71.67% in observation group,lower than the control group 93.33%,86.67%,91.67%,P<0.01,the results have a statistical difference.Good blood glucose control in patients with treatment efficiency rate was 87.1%,higher than blood glucose control in general 57.8%(P<0.05),Also higher than the poor glycemic control that was 20 %(P<0.01),the results are statistically significant;Blood glucose control in patients with treatment efficiency and poor glycemic control in patients with no significant difference between.Conclusion Poor treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus patients compared with patients with single pulmonary tuberculosis,glycemic control is closely related to pulmonary tuberculosis treatment.
