支气管肺泡灌洗治疗危重症患者肺部感染的应用

目的探讨经纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗在危重症患者中的应用及其治疗价值。方法总结我院2007年1月～2011年6月行纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗治疗128例和普通灌洗112例,比较两组患者灌洗后动脉血气分析结果及有创机械通气时间、重症监护病房(ICU)入住时间及全身使用抗生素时间。结果纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗组患者的SpO2较普通灌洗组改善明显;有创机械通气时间和ICU入住时间及抗生素使用时间也明显缩短。结论支气管肺泡灌洗治疗危重症患者肺部感染的效果明显,值得临床推广。

Bronchoalveolar lavage in critically ill patients to lung infections application

Objective By fiberoptic bronchoscopy of bronchoalveolar lavage in critically ill patients and their therapeutic value in the application.Methods Our hospital in January 2007 June 2011 fiberoptic bronchoscope bronchoalveolar lavage 128 cases and 112 cases of normal irrigation,lavage of patients were compared before and after arterial blood gas analysis and invasive mechanical ventilation,ICU stay time and time systemic use of antibiotics.Results Bronchoscopy lavage group of patients with SpO2 lavage group improved significantly more than ordinary;invasive mechanical ventilation and ICU stay and antibiotic use was significantly shorter time.Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage in critically ill patients to lung infections obvious effect is worthy of promotion.
