护理干预对红斑狼疮患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对红斑狼疮患者治疗依从性和生存质量的影响。方法:选取我院2011年1月~11月风湿免疫科红斑狼疮患者400例作为研究对象,将400例患者随机分为常规组与干预组,每组200例患者。常规组采用常规护理方法;干预组在实施常规护理的基础上进行护理干预,包括心理干预、用药及膳食指导、适当锻炼等。治疗依从性测量使用自行设计的问卷进行评价,生存质量使用生存质量测评表(QOL)评价。结果:干预组患者治疗依从性>90%,生存质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对提高患者治疗依从性和改善生活质量有积极的促进作用。

Nursing Intervention of SLE Patients with Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life

Objective:Nursing intervention of SLE patients of treatment compliance and quality of life impact.Methods: Select the hospital in January 2011-November,division of rheumatology SLE patients 400 cases for the study,400 patients were randomly divided into the conventional group and intervention group,n = 200 patients.Conventional group using conventional methods of care;intervention in the implementation of routine care group on the basis of nursing intervention,including psychological intervention,medication and dietary guidance,appropriate exercise.Treatment compliance measurement using self-designed questionnaire to evaluate the quality of life using the quality of life evaluation form(QOL) assessment.Results: Interfere with treatment compliance of patients> 90%,quality of life score higher than the conventional group(P <0.05).Conclusions: Nursing intervention to improve patient compliance and improve quality of life has a positive role in promoting.
