腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的临床研究

目的观察腹腔镜手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床效果,提高临床治疗水平。方法选取80例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者随机分为观察组(腹腔镜手术组)和对照组(开腹手术组)各40例,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果腹腔镜组从手术时间、出血量、肠蠕动恢复所需时间、住院时间、切口感染、肺部感染方面比较均优于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔效果理想,较传统开腹手术创伤小、术后并发症少、愈合快,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation,so as to improve the level of clinical treatment.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were retrospectively reviewed.40 cases were performed laparoscopically,and 40cases underwent open procedure.The clinical effect were compared respectively.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time of bowel movecent,hospitalization,wound infection and lung infection in the laparoscpe group were superior than in the open group,all with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The laparoscopic operation for gastroduodenal ulcer perforation can be considered as safe as the open operation and has advantages such as minimal incion,fewer postoperative complications and rapid recovery.
