腮腺肿瘤的CT诊断

探讨ＣＴ检查对腮腺区肿瘤的定位，定性诊断的价值。材料与方法分析１６例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的腮腺区肿瘤的ＣＴ表现，着重观察病挛位置，边缘，密度，及对周围结构的侵犯情况，结果腮腺良性肿瘤９例，ＣＴ显示圆形或椭圆形稍高密度灶，密度均匀，边界清楚，无周围侵犯；

CT Diagnosis of Parotid Tumor

To assess the clinical value of tumor -- localizing and differenhal diagnosis in the area of p~hdwith ac exalnhation. Meterial and Method: To analyse CT scan of paIDtid tUInor for 16 cases colnfirmed b}, operationand biopsy. To observe location, margin, density and ambient stmctUre invasion Of the tUmor. Result: 9 cases ofbenign PaIDhd ~r delnonSllated the round or elliphcal soft-tissue mass, with homogeneous density, well-defined~, and without ambient stl'Uc~ invasion; 7 cases of malignant PaIDhd tUInor showed the irregUlar mass, with~defined malgin and bete~s denSity; with 5 cases shown ambient instructure invasion. Conclusion: CT isreliable in deteCting and ~hating the posihon of superficial or deep lobe of fetid tUmor, and has a major value indiswishing the benign ho malignant nato Of ~d ~.
