| 摘 要： | 目的 总结22例经前、后鼻孔填塞治疗的外伤性前颅窝底骨折致鼻大出血病例资料，明确该方法对本症的适用性。方法 回顾性分析1994年1月－2001年3月我科收治的22科外伤性前颅窝底骨折鼻大出血病例的临床资料，22例均经填塞治疗（A组），另17例经非填塞治疗（B组）。结果 A组病例出血很快停止，未并发颅内感染、鼻腔感染及脑脊液鼻漏等并发症，B组病例疗效较差。结论 对于颅底骨折所致的鼻大出血，估计一时不能止血者，采用后鼻孔、鼻腔填塞是一种有效的止血措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effects of packing treatment of massive nose bleeding caused by anterior basal skull fracture,and evatuate its clinical value.?Methods Clinical materials of 39 cases of massive nose bleeding caused by traumatic anterior basal skull fracture.Twenty two cases were treated by packing(group A)and 17 cases treated by nonpacking(group B).?Results Bleeding was stopped quickly in group A without any complications.?Conclusion The packing of nasal cavity and choanae is effective for the massive noce bleeding caused by anterior basal skull fracture. |
