| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结节病的临床特点及诊断方法。方法对32例经组织病理学确诊的结节病患者的临床资料进行分析。结果平均发病年龄40.3岁,女性多于男性;呼吸系统症状主要表现为咳嗽、胸闷、气促;肺外表现主要为周围淋巴结肿大、发热、皮肤结节;X线胸片及胸部CT提示双侧肺门肿大27例,单侧肺门肿大3例,纵隔淋巴结肿大28例;血清血管紧张素转化酶(SACE)敏感性68.8%;各种活检方法中,纵隔镜淋巴结活检及外科电视胸腔镜下肺活检阳性率最高。结论结节病临床表现多样而无特异性,尽可能行组织病理学检查明确诊断。
