包皮内板环切治疗早泄疗效分析

目的探讨包皮内板环切对早泄的治疗作用。方法早泄病人46例，随机分为A、B两组，A组24例为包皮内板环切组，B组22例为常规药物治疗组。将A、B两组的治疗结果进行比较，通过统计学方法，分析其差异性，以探讨包皮内板切除对早泄治疗的作用。结果A、B两组早泄有明显的改善，A组改善率为87．5％；B组改善率为86．4％，两组结果通过统计学分析，无明显显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论包皮内板环切不失为早泄治疗中方法简单，治疗效果明显的有效治疗方法。

Prepuce Board Circumcision in Treating Prospermia

Objective To discuss the curative effect of prepuce board circumcision in treating prospermia.Methods 46 cases with prospermia were randomly divided into 2 groups:Group A(n=24)and Group B(n=22).The patients in Group A received prepuce board circumcision while the patients in Group B received routine drug treatment.The curative effect in both groups was compared.Results Significant improvement was found in both groups,the rate of improvement in Group A was 87.5%and that in Group B was 86.4%,no obvious difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Prepuce board circuincision is a simple and effective treatment for prospermia.
