| 摘 要： | 目的通过团队情商的管理，建立一支高情商的护理团队。方法分析影响护理团队情商的因素，探讨提高护理团队情商管理的途经。结果高情商的护理团队乐观上进，协作能力强，工作效率高。低情商的护理团队人心涣散，士气低落，工作效率低。结论护理团队情商的高低影响护理团队的工作绩效。
