铜绿假单胞菌L型的诱导及其产绿脓菌素能力的研究

目的采用哌拉西林诱导铜绿假单胞菌变异为L型,并研究其L型产绿脓菌素的能力。方法采用平板纸片法和液体浓度梯度法,利用哌拉西林药物纸片诱导铜绿假单胞菌标准菌株变异为L型;通过绿脓菌素试验测定铜绿假单胞菌L型的绿脓菌素产生能力。结果铜绿假单胞菌L型可被哌拉西林诱导为L型,铜绿假单胞菌L型仍具有产生绿脓菌素的能力,但产生的速度较原菌慢且量少。结论铜绿假单胞菌L型为该菌存在的重要形式,其仍能产生绿脓菌素为其致病因素之一。

Study on induction of P. aeruginosa L-forms and ability of its pyocyanin production

Objective To study the induction of P.aeruginosa L-forms and the ability of its pyocyanin production.Methods In plate and liquid culture with antibiotic Piperacillin, P. aeruginosa was induced into L-forms. By pyoeyanin test, pyocyanin was checked out in the culture of P. aeruginosa L-forms. Result P. aeruginosa L-forms can be induced with piperaeillin and still produce pyoeyanin,but the production velocity was slower and less than the parent bacteria.Concluslon P. aeruginosa L-forms were an important existing condition of P. aeruginosa, and the pathogenicity of P. aeruginosa L-forms was weaker than that of the parent bacteria due to less pyocyanin.
