迟发性颅内血肿95例临床诊治分析

目的探讨迟发性颅内血肿的临床特点及治疗的要点。方法回顾性分析了95例迟发性颅内血肿患者的住院资料。结果95例中均存在不同程度的迟发性神经系统症状，CT显示中线移位76例，86例存在球后视乳头水肿。22例行非手术处理，余73例患者行开颅血肿清除减压术。结论对于颅脑外伤病人，无论手术还是非手术治疗，术前或是术后，应该尽可能地动态复查CT，术中仔细探查和术后严密监测以避免延迟病情及诊治。

Analysis on Diagnosis and Treatment of Delayed Intracranial Hematoma: A Report of 95 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical character and the key treatment of delayed intracranial hematoma. Methods The hospitalizing data of 95 cases with delayed intracranial hematoma was analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases existed the special symptom of neurology to some extent. 76 cases were with displacement of middle line on CT scan, and 86 cases with optic papilla edema. 22 cases were given physical treatment. 73 cases underwent craniotomy to clean off the hematoma and release the pressure. Conclusions It is most essential for patients with craniocerebral trauma to have dynamic CT scan as possible as the condition permitted no matter physical or surgical treatment, before or after operation. It is strongly advocated to explore carefully during operation and detect closely after operation in order to not delay the diagnosis and treatment.
