苯作业工人全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的研究

摘    要:探讨了接苯工人全血中GSH-Px 活性的变化情况。苯接触组工人全血中GSH-Px 活性增高;随着苯中毒的程度加重, GSH-Px 活性下降, 且低于对照组, 尤其表现在苯重度中毒组病人全血中的GSH-Px。提示苯对机体GSH-Px 活性的影响是先刺激增高, 后主要表现为抑制作用, GSH-Px 可能是苯接触早期反应的敏感性指标。

Abstract:In order to probe into the influence of benzene on glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px) activity.We measured the GSH Px activity of 88 workers exposed to benzene in blood.The results showed that GSH Px activity of benzene exposure workers in blood was significantly higher than that of the control.With the aggravation of intoxication,GSH Px activity decreased gradually,and significantly lower than that of the control,especially as far as severe intoxication workers are concerned.It suggested that the influence of benzene on GSH Px activity manifested firstly stimulation,then mainly inhibition effect.GSH Px might be a sensitive index of reflecting early stage exposure of benzene.
