| 摘 要： | 采用简易智力状态检查表（Mini－mentalstateexamination，MMSE）检测西安地区郊县临潼524名55岁及以上老年人的认知功能。结果显示，该人群MMSE均数的99％可信区间为24．3849—25．2487，在认知结构中．计算力和记忆力容易发生缺损。多元逐步回归分析表明．认知功能的主要相关因素为教育水平、日常生活能力（Abilityofdailyliving．ADL）、性别、年龄、职业和婚姻状况。

| Abstract: | The cognitive ability of 524 individuals aged fifty five years old and above in Lintong county near Xi'an was investigated by mini-mental state examination (MMSE). The results showed that the 99% confidence interval of mean of MMSE in the investigated population was 24. 3849-25. 2487 and ability of calculate and memory was liable to be damaged in the cognitive structure. The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that primary related factors of cognitive ability were the educational levels, ability of daily living, sex. occupation and status of marriage. |
