成都市大学生吸烟行为干预研究

目的：为了降低大学生的吸烟率，矫正其吸烟行为、培养良好的生活习惯而探讨适宜的干预措施。方法：在对成都市两所高校（A校、B校）1613名大学生吸烟行为及其影响因素调查的基础上进行了4个月的健康教育干预。A校学生采用综合干预措施，B校学生采用自学宣传资料和参加知识竞赛两项干预措施。结果显示：A校干预组总吸烟率下降0．49％，B校干预组总吸烟率上升2．08％。在认知、态度等方面两校均有不同程度的改善，但A校学生改善情况好于B校。干预组学生喜欢形象、生动和多样性的干预方式如病理标本展示，观看科普录像片以及知识竞赛等。结果显示本次干预结果是有效的，而且综合性干预措施易于接受，并取得较好的效果。

INTERVENTION ON SMOKING BEHAVIOR OF COLLEGE STUDENTS IN CHENGDU

Objective: In order to decrease the smoking rate of the collage student, correct their smoking behavior, and cultivate their good living habit, and find out some suitable intervention measures. methods: Through a 4-month health-education intervention based on investigation and analysis of the smoking behavior and influence factors among 1613 students of two colleges(couege A and college B) in Chengdu. The students in college A were taken the comprehensive intervention measures and the students in college B were taken a self-study of related materials and took part in some knowledge contests as the intervention measures. Results: The results showed that the total smoking rate in college A decreased by 0.49%; but in college B, increased by2.08%. However, the students in both colleges improved to some extent in their smoking recognition and attitude, and the students in college A made more progress than the students in college B made. The college students like some concrete. vivid and diveral intervention activities, such as observing pathologic specimens. watching related TV films, attend ng knowledge contests.Conclusion: All this indicates that comprehensive intervention is more easily accepted by the college students and effective in theintervention activities.
