| 摘 要： | 本文对攀密地区从业人员携带HBSAg的有关因素进行了分析。结果表明从业人员在1985年～1995年间其HBSAg阳性检出率呈下降趋势。全民集体所有制单位的HBSAg阳性率均低于私营所有制单位（X2=27.39，P＜0.005；X2=6．90，0．01＞P＞0．005），私营从业人员HBsAg阳性率最高（X2=7．25，P＜0.01），男性HBsAg携带者明显高于女性（X2=28．28，P＜0．005），随着HBSAg滴度升高其HBSAg、HBV－DNA、抗HBC－IgM标志物阳性率亦随之升高，故对具有传染性的检出者的管理更为重要。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the related factors of the workers' HBsAg in Panmi district, Panzhihua. The results showedthat the workers' HBsAg positive rate was going down during 1985-1995. HBsAg positive rate of the workers in the state enterprise was lower than that in the private enterprise (X2=27.39, P<0.005; X2=6.90, 0. 01>P>0.005). HBsAg positive rateof the workers in the private enterprise is the highest (X2=7.25, P<0. 010). HBsAg positive rate in male is higher than that infamale (X2=28. 28, P<0. 005). With the titer of HBsAg going up. the rate of HBeAg. HBV-DNA. anti-HBc-IgM go up too.So it is important to manage the persons with the infection. |
