福建省五次强化免疫日活动实施情况评价

福建省在1993～1998年连续开展五次十二轮强化免疫日活动，其中十轮是全国性强化免疫活动日，有效地控制和消除了“零剂次”儿童的持续积累，显著提高了人群免疫水平，阻断脊髓灰质炎（简称脊灰）野毒株的传播。目前，福建省“零剂次”儿童逐年减少，其分布趋势集中于0岁组，其构成比分别是60．11％、84．79％、87．84％、87．78％、87．51％，今后加强和提高0岁组儿童的免疫接种率是提高人群免疫水平的最有效的措施。

THE EVALUATION ON THE NATIONAL IMMUNIZATION DAYS ACTIVITY IN FUJIAN PROVINCE

The national Immuniztion Days activity was taken from 1993 to 1998 in fujian province.The results showed that it controlled and decreased the accumulative number of the children who given 0 dose effectively,and raised the population immunization level notablely,and stopped the poliomyelitis(polio) wide virus spreading.Now the number of the chikdren given 0 dose decreased yearly and it's distribution tended to zero year group.and during the lately five years the proportion were 60.11% ,84.79%,87.78%,87.51%,reapectively.Accordinly,it was thought to be the most effective measure to raise the population immunization level that laying stress on and increase the children's immunization cover rate.
