溧水县农村意外死亡的流行病学分析

本文于1994、1995两年对农村地区监测人群意外死亡的流行病学进行了调查，意外死亡率男性95．5／10万，女性为64．9／10万，男女间死亡率有非常显著差异（u=2．62，P＜0．01），男性明显高于女性。其死因顺位已跃居第四位。在意外死亡诸死因中，自杀列首位，自杀者男女性比值0．93，唯20～39岁年龄段女性自杀死亡率明显高于男性（u=3．85，P＜0．01）。自杀方式均以服毒为主。意外死亡的第二、第三位系交通运输事故、淹死。

EPIDEMIOLOGY OF ACCIDENT MORTALITY IN RURAL AREA IN LISHUI COUNTY

Among the disease surveillance point population an epidemiological investigation on accident deaths was conductedin rural area during 1994-1995. The results showed that the male sex accident mortality rate was 95.5/105. the female sex was64.9/105. The rate among males is higher than females, the differences were highly significance (u=2.62, P<0. 01). The deathcause rank is the fourth. Among all the death cause of accident deaths. suicide ranked the first. The population of suicide deaths,male and female sex ratio is 0. 93. only in female population of 20-39 age group the rate of suicide is significantly higher thanmales (u=3.85, P<0.01). The taking poison is major way of suicide. The road traffic accident and drowning is second and thirdaccident death cause, respectively.
