浅谈卫生监督体制改革

本文从基层卫生监督工作的实际出发，分析了当前卫生行政执法中存在的政府职能转变迟缓，卫生监督主体与队伍分离，卫生监督队伍的名称与形式不统一等问题，提出了更新观念，转变职能；统一卫生执法机构和队伍，树立卫生监督的整体形象；建立健全内部监督约束机制，建设一支高素质的卫生监督队伍等卫生监督体制改革的基本思路

TALK ABOUT MEDLCAL SUPERVISION SYSTEM REFORM.

Based on the facts of the medical supervising works from grass roots unit,the article is written to analyze present problems:in the slow progress of the govoment function transform in the administration of enforcing the law,in the separation of the supervising main part and the contingents, in the supervising main part and the contingents,in names of the medical supervising contingents not matching,etc.. At the sametime,a suggestion has been gaised in developing or new idea, transfor ning the founction in order to unite the medical form and contingents enforcing the law,to set a general portrait of medical supervising,to set up a perfect medical supervising system,and to build up a high gualified medical supervising contingent.
