| 摘 要： | 目的与方法:体外培养大鼠系膜细胞,以脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide, LPS)刺激后,分别加入补肾活血泄浊汤有效成分川芎嗪、大黄素、灵芝多糖,应用Northern杂交技术,观察上述几种中药有效成分对系膜细胞IL-6基因表达的影响,以探讨补肾活血泄浊汤治疗肾小球肾炎的机制。结果:川芎嗪、大黄素、灵芝多糖均可抑制IL-6基因的表达,以大黄素最为显著。结论: 结果提示补肾活血泄浊汤可能通过抑制IL-6基因的表达,从而减轻系膜细胞增生。

| Abstract: | AIM and METHODS: Cultured mesangial cells were stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS), then were treated with some valid components in BUSHENHUOXUEXIEZHUOTANG: emodin, ligustrazine and ganoderma polysaccharide. The effects of these components on interleukin-6(IL-6) mRNA expression in mesangial cells were identified by Northern hybridization. RESULTS: Emodin, ligustrazine and ganoderma polysaccharide inhibited LPS-induced IL-6 gene expression in mesangial cells.CONCLUSION: BUSHENHUOXUEXIEZHUOTANG may relieve mesangial cells proliferation by inhibiting IL-6 mRNA expression. |
