| 摘 要： | 高素质新药评价人才的培养离不开人文素养的教育和提升,新药评价暑期学校在这方面的做法有:用教员自身的人文气质去感染学员,用教材的人文知识去影响学员,发挥学科优势,立足个性化教育,在优质的后勤保障中体现人文关怀,通过相互交流提升人文素养。
