恶性滋养细胞肿瘤保留生育机能145例分析

1978年6月至1989年6月我院共收治恶性滋养细胞肿瘤270例,采用5氟脲嘧啶及更生霉素联合化疗。181例恶葡中,保留生育机能137例(75.6％);89例绒癌中,保留生育机能8例(9％)。恶葡组已有67例妊娠分娩(49％),总孕次84 k,共生75个婴儿.绒癌组有2例妊娠分娩(25％)。对全部母亲进行了随访观察,未见复发机会明显增加.本文并对保留生育机能的指征及在治疗和观察过程中的注意点进行了阐述。

A study on treatment of malignant tropholdastic tumours with preservation of fertility.Analysis of 145 cases

From June 1978 through June 1989, a total of 270 patients with malignant trophoblastic tumors were treated with combination chemotherapy(5-Fluorouracil and Kengshengmyein) in our hospital. Fertility was preserved in 137 cases(75.6%) of 181 patients with invasive mole and 8(9%) of 89 patients with choriocarcinoma. In the invasive mole group, 67 patients(49%) becarne pregnant and delivered, a total of 84 pregnancies with resultant 75 livebirth In the choriocarcinoma 2 patients(25%) became pregnant and delivered All the mothers were fol-lowed up There was no apparent inerease in incidence of reeurrence In this paper, we also claborated the indica-tions for preservation of fertility and the points for atten- tion during treatment and cbservation.
