| 摘 要： | 以"三消"论治已不能满足糖尿病临床的需要,"肝郁致消"、"脾虚致消"为糖尿病发病的两大病机;"脾虚致消"与"肝郁致消"可以相互影响;健脾益气、疏肝理气为糖尿病的两大治法,并重点从理论上给予了全面的阐述,从而提出了从肝脾论治糖尿病的新思路.

| Abstract: | diagnosis and treatment of diabetes according to Sanxiao did not meet the needs of treating diabetes in clinic, and diabetes due to stagnation of the liver - qi and diabetes due to insufficiency of the spleen are the two main types of pathogenesis, and diabetes due to insufficiency of the spleen and diabetes due to stagnation of the liver - qi can influence each other, and invigoration the spleen and replenishing qi and soothing the liver and regulate the flow of qi are the two main treatment methods of diabetes. This paper elaborated all sidedly the theory, and put forward the new theory of diabetes treated according with the liver and spleen. |
