| 摘 要： | 目的:观察鼻咽癌组织中血管内皮因子VEGF和肿瘤抑制基因P16的表达,探讨其与鼻咽癌的预后关系。方法:采用S-P法,检测血管内皮生长因子VEGF和肿瘤抑制基因P16在40例鼻咽癌组织中的表达.分析它们与鼻咽癌患者的复发、转移、生存期之间的相关性。结果:鼻咽癌组织VEGF和肿瘤抑制基因P16的阳性表达率分别为55%和48%,VEGF阳性表达和P16阳性表达与鼻咽癌患者发生转移和较短的生存期有相关性。结论:鼻咽癌组织中VEGF和P16的表达可作为预测鼻咽癌患者的预后因素。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the prognostic signifcaece of vascular endothelial growth(VEGF),tumor sup- pressor gene and p16 expression for patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma(NPC).Methods: the S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detear the expression of VEGF,and P16 in40 cases with NPC,with the development of distant metastasis and shorter survival,no associati the immunohistochmical data were correlated with development of locoregional failure distant metastasis and survival.Results:pos- itive expression of VEGF and were found in55% and 48% of NPC specimens.positive expression of VEGF and P16 correlated with the developmeut of destant metastasis and shorter survival. Conclusion:the VEGF and p16 expression are significant prog- nostic for pactients with NPC. |
