| 摘 要： | 医疗设备在大型医院迅速发展，但设备管理却相对滞后，体现在职能主体模糊，医院缺乏权威完善的管理制度，管理人员数量不足。根据设备管理的相关理论，结合医院实际，本文提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Medical equipment is increasing fast in large scale hospitals,but the management is remain backward,which can be shown from indistinctness of function bodies,absence of authoritative regulations and insufficient management staff of medical equipment.According to the related theories of equipment management and realities in hospitals,the paper presents some proposals and countermeasures. |
