| 摘 要： | 目的探索评价三维超声图像特征对乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法采用实时动态及静态三维超声成像技术及血流能量三维成像技术检测乳腺肿块,提取乳腺恶性肿块的三维图像特征,同期对照良性肿块图像特征,全部病例均以手术病理诊断为金标准。结果三维超声检查乳腺肿块51例,诊断恶性肿块25例,疑诊恶性肿块1例,手术病理结果恶性26例,诊断符合率96.15%;诊断良性肿块24例,疑为恶性肿块1例,手术病理结果良性25例,诊断符合率96.00%。在26例恶性肿块中三维超声检测到其中25例具有一种特殊的“汇聚征“声像图特征,同时能较清晰地显示肿块内部回声不均匀伴簇状钙化声像图。结论三维超声在乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别诊断中具有一定的特征性。
