| Abstract: | Based on 103 patients the authors discussed policy of therapeutic management in gastric and duodenal ulcer disease complicated by massive hemorrhage. In the surgical treatment of such patients the authors prefer resection procedures aimed at simultaneous control of bleeding, prevention of its relapse and radical treatment of peptic ulcer disease. |
