扶正止鼽颗粒对治疗常年性变应性鼻炎IL-4的影响

摘    要:目的观察扶正止鼽颗粒治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的疗效。方法将符合常年性变态反应性鼻炎诊断标准的128例患者随机分配到扶正止鼽颗粒实验组(A组64例)和中成药辛芳鼻炎胶囊对照组(B组64例),疗程4周,作双盲对照观察。观察两组白细胞介素4(IL-4)的变化及疗效情况。结果两组的总有效率分别为93.75%、62.25%,A组疗效优于B组(P<0.05);治疗后A组的IL-4均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组均能降低PAR患者的IL-4水平。结论扶正止鼽颗粒通过降低PAR患者的IL-4水平而有效地治疗变态反应性鼻炎。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Zhiqiu ( reinforce body resistance to stop allergic rhinitis) granula which was used to treat year-round allergies, rhinitis (PAR). Methods 128 cases were randomly divided into two groups according to the PAR' s diagnosis standard, one was experimential group taking Fuzheng Zhiqiu (reinforce body resistance to stop allergic rhinitis) granula (group A 64 cases), the other was control group taking( Chinese formulated products)fragrant rhinitis caps (group B 64 cases), and then observing the chang of their interleukin 4 (IL-4) and the curative effect. Results The total effective rate of two groups were 93.75% and 62. 25% respectively, the curative effect of A was better than B (P 〈0.05 ). After the treatment group A IL-4 were significantly lower than before treatment(P 〈0. 05), The level of all two groups IL-4 were can reduce. Conclusion Allergic rhinitis oral liquid, by reducing the PAR patients ' s IL-4, can cure PAR effectively.
