阿奇霉素治疗儿童下呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的 :了解阿奇霉素对儿童下呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法 :口服阿奇霉素治疗 32例儿童下呼吸道感染。阿奇霉素 1 0mg·kg-1 ·d-1 ,顿服 ,疗程 5d～ 7d。观察治疗前、后症状体征的变化。结果 :治愈 1 2例 ,显效 1 7例 ,好转 3例。总有效率达 90 .6 %。 4例发生不良反应 ,占 1 2 .5 %,其中纳差 2例 ,恶心 1例 ,腹痛 1例 ,4例肝功能无异常。结论 :阿奇霉素对儿童呼吸道细菌感染疗效确切 ,安全性高 ,患儿依从性好。

An observation on curative effect of azithromycin to infection of children''''s lower respiratory tract

Objective:To understand the curative effect and safty that Azithromycin is used to deal with infection of children′s lower respiratory tract.Method:32 children are asked to take Azithromycin orally to cure the infection of lower respiratory tract.Azithromycin is taken once perday,10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,with a period of treatment of 5 days～7 days.Observe the chang of symptoms and signs.Results:12 cured,17 with obviors curalive effects,3 improved.Total effective rate is 90.6 %.Four children have bad reations.The rate is 12.5 %.Among the four two have a poor appetite.One feels sick.One has a abdominal pain.Four children have no abnormal liver function.Conclusion:It is certain and safe that Azithromycin is effcitive to infection of children′s lower respiratory tract children are apt to take Azithromycin orally.
