心肺复苏后应用亚低温治疗的探讨及护理

目的探讨亚低温治疗心肺复苏后患者脑复苏的效果及护理。方法将42例心肺复苏后患者按随机方法分为实验组21例和对照组21例，实验组采用全身亚低温，对照组为头部戴冰帽局部降温。观察两组的治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果复苏5d后全身亚低温组GCS评分明显高于头部局部降温组（P〈0．05）。两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论全身亚低温对心肺复苏后患者脑复苏是一种安全有效方法，值得临床推广应用，配合在亚低温治疗期间给予精心护理，对提高患者生存质量具有重要意义。

The method of mild hypothermia and nursing for patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Objective To investigate the results of treatment of mild hypothermia and nursing after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with cerebral resuscitation. Results 42 cases of patients after cardiopul- monary resuscitation were divided by random into an experimental group of 21 cases while another group of 21 cases in the control group. Experimental group were treated with systemic hypothermia and the control group were treated with partially iced capping on heads. It was designed to observe the therapeutic effects and the inci- dence of complications. Results The GCS score of the systemic hypothermia group was significantly higher than the control group in five days after recovery. （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of complications in the two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is safe for mild hypothermia after eardiopulmonary resus- citation in patients with cerebral recovery and it is considered effective for clinical applications. It is anticipated to bring about great improvements to patients with better quality of life during the mild hypothermia treatment period under intensive care.
