| 摘 要： | 目的优选复方西洋参泡腾片的最佳制备工艺。方法以总皂苷为评价指标,采用正交试验优选西洋参的水提条件;采用单因素考察法优选浓缩、干燥工艺及泡腾片的成型工艺。结果西洋参最佳提取条件为加6倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h;浓缩、干燥温度为70℃;采用酸碱分别制粒法制粒。结论制备工艺重现性良好,片剂质量稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the best preparation process for effervescent tablets of Panax quinquefolius.Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions of Panax quinquefolius with the index of total saponins.The optimum concentrating,drying procedure and molding process were obtained by single factor analysis.Results The test extracting condition was extracting for 3 times by adding 6 times water,each time for 1 h;The concentrating and drying temperature was 70 ℃;The particles were prepared using acidic and basic effervescent agents separately.Conclusion The optimal process was reproducible and the quality of tablets was stable. |
