半夏泻心汤对功能性消化不良大鼠Cajal间质细胞超微结构的影响

目的观察半夏泻心汤对功能性消化不良大鼠Cajal间质细胞超微结构的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法将大鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型组、半夏泻心汤治疗组,采用夹尾刺激法建立功能性消化不良大鼠模型,连续给药15 d后,利用透射电镜观察胃Cajal间质细胞超微结构的变化。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠胃Cajal间质细胞的超微结构发生明显改变,线粒体等细胞器明显减少,治疗组Cajal间质细胞的超微结构基本恢复正常,线粒体等细胞器明显增加。结论对Cajal间质细胞超微结构的影响可能是半夏泻心汤治疗功能性消化不良的作用机制之一。

Effects of Banxia Xiexin decoction on the ultrastructure of ICCs in rats with FD

Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Banxia Xiexin decoction on the ultrastructure of the gastrointestinal interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) in rats with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods The rats were randomly divided into three groups,including the control group,model group and Banxia Xiexin decoction treatment group.The ultrastructure of ICCs were observed under a transmission electron microscopy(TEM) after construction of FD rat models by clapping their tails and a continuous administration of Banxia Xiexin decoction for 14 days.Results Compared with the control group,the ultrastructure of ICCs,such as obvious decrease of the number of mitochondria and other organelles,were clearly changed in the model group,but that changes were reversed in the treatment group with the increased number of mitochondria.Conclusion Effects of Banxia Xiexin decoction on the ultrastructure of ICCs might be one of the potential mechanisms for FD treatment.
