| 摘 要： | 目的考察主要成膜材料在关黄柏的水提液及不同体积分数乙醇提取液中的成膜性能,为含关黄柏的中药喷膜剂成膜材料的选择与应用提供参考。方法根据成膜材料的溶解性,选择聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、乙基纤维素(EC)、甲基纤维素(MC)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB),通过显微照片采集,分析各成膜材料在关黄柏的水提液和不同体积分数乙醇提取液中的成膜性能。结果在关黄柏的水提液以及不同体积分数乙醇的提取液混合样品中,PVP-K30、PVP-K90、MC-1500、MC-400能形成质地均匀、表面光滑、细腻、平整的膜。结论成膜材料的选择与关黄柏提取液溶媒的极性相关;PVP-K30、PVP-K90、MC-1500、MC-400可作为关黄柏的中药喷膜剂、膜剂的优选成膜材料。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the properties of main film-forming materials in distilled water and different concentrations ethanol extracts of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.in order to provide a reference of selection and application of film-forming materials for spaying film including Phellodendron amurense Rupr.in Chinese medicine.Method According to the solubility of film-forming polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),ethyl cellulose(EC),methyl cellulose(MC),and polyvinyl butyral(PVB) were used to investigate the dissolution and the filming performance of the pellicular materials in the extraction solution of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.extracts by using distilled water and different concentrations of ethanol.Results PVP-K30,PVP-K90,MC-1500,MC-400 could form a homogeneous,smooth,delicate,clear film in the extraction solution of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.extracts of distilled water and different concentrations of ethanol.Conclusion The polarity of solvent showed a great effect on the film-forming materials;PVP-K30,PVP-K90,MC-1500,MC-400 could be used as the film-forming materials for Phellodendron amurense Rupr.. |
