粗叶悬钩子的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究粗叶悬钩子的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱对粗叶悬钩子进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从粗叶悬钩子的石油醚萃取部位分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别为:熊果醇(Ⅰ)、白桦酸(Ⅱ)、蔷薇酸(Ⅲ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅳ)、肉豆蔻酸(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study on the chemical constituents from Rubus alceaefolius.Methods The compounds were isolated with silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography from Rubus alceaefolius,and identified with various modern spectroscopic analysis and physical constants.Results Six compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extract of this plant and identified as uvaol(Ⅰ),betulinic acid(Ⅱ),euscaphic acid(Ⅲ),physcion(Ⅳ),myristic acid(Ⅴ),β-sitosterol(Ⅵ).Conclusion CompoundsⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ were obtained from the plant for the first time.
