大肠癌组织基质金属蛋白酶-2的表达及其与临床生物学行为的关系

目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶－2（MMP－2）在大肠癌组织中的表达及临床生物学行为的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法，检测60例大肠癌和30例正常大肠组织中MMP－2的表达。结果：MMP－2在大肠癌和正常组织中表达阳性率分别为43．3％（26／60）和20．0％（6／30），大肠癌组织的MMP－2表达阳性率明显高于正常组织（P＜0．05），MMP－2的表达与肿瘤浸润深度，淋巴结转移和Dukes分期密切相关（P＜0．05），而与肿瘤的分化程度无关（P＞0．05），结论：MMP－2在大肠癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用。尤其在肿瘤的侵袭转移过程中可能发挥重要作用。

The Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and Clinical Behavior of Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 in colorectal carcinoma and its relation to clinical behavior.Methods The expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 in 60 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 30 cases of normal tissues were detected with S P immunohistochemical method.Results The expression rate of matrix metalloproteinase 2 in colorectal carcinoma and normal tissue was 43.3%(26/60) and 20.0%(6/30) respectively.There was significant difference between them( P < 0.05 ).The expression rate of matrix metalloproteinase 2 was related to the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and Dukesstaging( P <0.05),but not related to the degree of differentiation( P >0.05).Conclusion Matrix metalloproteinase 2 may be involved in carcinogenesis and progression and play an important role at tumor invasion and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.
