甘肃省定西地区生态环境中硒与大骨节病关系的调查研究

摘    要:调查结果表明,甘肃省定西地区的大骨节病区处于低硒环境,尤以南部山区的硒水平最低。重病区的大骨节病患病率为41.50%(560/1340)轻病区的患病率为9.65%(130/1346)。该地区生态环境中水、土、粮和人头发中的硒含量有重病区<轻病区<病区非病点<非病区的规律,显示出定西地区大骨节病与外环境硒状态的关系。

Abstract:Results of the present study showed that the Kaschin-Beck disease area in Dingxi District of Gansu Province was located in the zones where there was a low level of Selenium, especially with the lowest level of Se in the southern mountainous areas. The incidence of the disease was found to be 41.50% (560/1340) in the area affected severely and 9.65% (130/1346) in that mildly. The Se level in water, soils, corns and human hairs in the ecological environment of this district have been found to have the rules, that is, area affected severely is lower than that of mildly, and much lower than that of non-affected spots within Kaschin-Beck disease area, and still lower than that of non-affected area, showing a correlation of Kaschin-Beck disease with Se level in external conditions in Dingxi District.
